I grew up in the club world.
I spent my career building HR at high-growth technology companies. As a team of one at a globally distributed organization, I built everything from scratch: recruiting, multi-state compliance, compensation, employee relations, and board-level strategy.
I’m an avid golfer and serve on three committees at my club: junior golf, handicap, and league. I live on the 18th hole of a signature course. I understand the culture, the seasonality, the member dynamics, and the unwritten rules that make clubs different from every other business.
